About Kristen

I've spent my whole life on teams.

As a competitive athlete and captain, I learned early to look around and ask: What does this person need to become more of who they’re capable of being?


I grew up with parents who reminded me who I was, what mattered, and how to go make a difference. I learned early what happens when the standards are clear, the support is real, and people are called up rather than called out.


Today, I try to create that same kind of environment for other people—one where they can be seen, challenged, encouraged, and called into more of who they’re capable of becoming.


I ask a lot of questions. I listen closely. I notice patterns, challenge the story when it doesn’t match the evidence, and help people reconnect with what’s true about who they are, what they bring, and what they can do next.


To me, encouragement isn’t hype. It’s putting courage into someone until they can carry it for themselves.


Sometimes I do that on a stage. Sometimes across a table. Sometimes with a team at a retreat.


Different rooms. Same work.


See the person. See the field. Rally around what’s possible. Move forward together.
